Marie-Luce from Belle Ile meets Arthur, a builder from Finistère.
Both are very attached to Belle île.
The residence was built in several stages:
In 1997: ‘Le Bugul’, ‘Port-Andro’ and ‘Les Grands sables’ at the end of the park, facing south and the orchard, each with a pretty garden planted with trees.
In 2007: ‘La Biche’ and ‘Les Poulains’ at the end of the village, facing south-west,
In 2020: the timber-framed houses ‘Baluden’, ‘Herlin’ and ‘Bordardoué’, closer to the heart of the village and to Martine and Christian's farm (dairy cows), facing south with an uninterrupted view over our large park.
Each house is named after a beach we like, mainly based in Locmaria.
Vinciane, their daughter, has been developing and taking over the tourism business for several years. We are also helped by an extra person in season.
See you soon!
