This wooden accomodation is ideal for :
a family of 4 to 6 people, three couples of friends or a cousinhood.
The house has a large south-facing terrace with an unobstructed view of the park surrounding the houses. The garden is bordered by a hedge.
A dairy farm is located 50 metres away (sale of butter, milk and eggs possible depending on the period)
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (induction, microwave oven, oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher) open onto the large living room (living room) with direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower, a storeroom and a separate toilet.
On the first floor: 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with a 160cm bed / one bedroom with two 80cm beds or a 160cm bed / one bedroom with two 80cm beds or a 160cm bed), a shower room with a shower and a separate toilet.
Free and private parking in front of the house.
Baby equipment on request.
The rates include the "linen kit" (bed linen and bath towels), the cleaning at the end of the stay as well as the consumption of water and electricity (if not abused).

Arrivals are after 4pm and departures before 10am, flexibility on these schedules in case the house is free the day before or not re-rented the same day.
At the time of booking a deposit of 20% of the rental amount is required, the balance will be paid 8 days before arrival and on the spot in the case of a payment in cash or holiday vouchers.
For reasons of hygiene and in respect of the other tenants we do not accept pets.
