This accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or two couples of friends.

The house has its own private garden with a south-west-facing terrace. It is adjoined to its twin house "La Biche" and separated from it by a large hedge.

Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and dishwasher) opening onto the living room with direct access to the garden, a separate toilet and a shower room with shower and washing machine.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed (140cm) / one with two single beds (90cm)) and a toilet with washbasin.

Free parking and baby equipment on request.

Rates include linen kit (bed linen and hand towels), end-of-stay cleaning and water and electricity consumption (subject to reasonable use).

Decreasing rates according to the number of people.

Tourist tax is €1.50/night/adult over 18.

In July and August discounts apply from 3 consecutive weeks, with a minimum stay of 4 nights (excluding school holidays) and 10 nights in summer.

Arrivals are from 4pm and departures before 10am, flexibility on these times if the house is free the day before or not re-rented the same day.

At the time of booking, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is required. The balance will be paid 8 days before arrival or on site if payment is made in cash or holiday vouchers.

For reasons of hygiene and respect for other tenants, pets are not permitted in the rental property.
